Where
do tours depart from?
All tours originate
and terminate at our ticket office located in the Vacation Station office
next to the airport by the Dairy Queen. There is no charge for parking
at the ticket office. Transportation between our ticket office and
the helicopter is provided free of charge and you are escorted to and from
the helicopter.

How
many people can fly?
We have a two
person minimum for launching a flight. For groups of nine or larger,
discounts are available. We will make every effort to seat individual travelers
on a space available basis. If this is not possible, individual passengers
may fly alone by paying an additional fee.
Do
we need a reservation?
Please call ahead
for reservations. We may be available on short notice, so please call.
How do we reserve?
In order to reserve,
either call, fax or email us the following information:
1. name
2. number of passengers
3. approximate individual passenger weights
4. name of tour
5. date and time you would like
6. telephone number on day of flight
7. how did you
hear about us?
If you email your request, we will confirm by return email.
How
long are the tours?
You should plan
on approximately 30-45 minutes from the time you arrive at our ticket office
until the time you leave depending on which tour you select. For information
on the actual flight time during each tour, please refer to Tour
Info.
Is
there an age limit?
There is no age
limit but children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Children
pay full ticket price.
Is
there a weight limit?
Due to safety
requirements, we cannot accommodate persons weighing more than 300 lbs.
All flights are subject to weight and balance limitations. We
can accomodate 3 passengers at a time provided the total passenger weight
is less than 600 lbs.
Who is your pilot?
Your pilot, Terry
K. Hambel, has been flying for over 40 years. He holds a Commercial
Pilot Certificate for both airplanes and helicopters and has over 1700 flight
hours. He is also a Certified Helicopter Flight Instructor with more
than 500 hours of instruction given and has attended the Robinson Factory
Safety Course.
